Rick and Annette Snowden, Senior Pastor & Elder

Pastors Rick and Annette Snowden came to Community Life Church (formerly First Baptist Church) over 32 years ago. They met as students at Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY where Rick went on to graduate in 1982 with a degree in Pastoral Studies. Rick and Annette have been married for over 40 years and have three married sons - Jeremiah and his wife Alicia (Their sons: Caleb, Judah, and Ezra), Joshua and his wife Leah (Their sons: Micah, Elliott, Jace, and Parker), and Jonathan and his wife Aimee (Their sons: Jonathan and Garrett).

Rick and Annette are affiliated with MFI (Ministers Fellowship International) in Portland, OR. Rick currently serves as part of the The Catskill Ecumenical Council (Catskill clergy) as well as serving on the board of Gallupville Full Gospel Church in Gallupville, NY. Annette has served on the staff of Creative Word Ministries for Rev. Sylvia Evans as staff intercessor for over 15 years.

Tony and Ellen DelVescovo, Worship Pastor and Elder

Tony and Ellen and their family have been members of Community Life Church since 1989. Tony has served as the Worship Pastor since 1999. Tony also has served as an Elder at CLC since 1993. They have been married for over 40 years and have four children- Alicia and her husband Jeremiah (Their sons: Caleb, Judah and Ezra), Jaclyn, Matthew and his wife Jessica, and Jesse. Tony owns and operates a Forestry Consulting business since 1981 as a trained and certified forester, making his time at the church largely volunteer based. Ellen is very involved in various ministries in the church.

John and Joanne Scopa, Elder

John and Joanne were married in May of 1986. They have 3 children – Jeanmarie (married to Seth Vargas), Julianne (married to Matt Dammer), and Jacqueline (married to Aaron Starry). The Scopas have been a part of CLC since 1997. John was brought on to the eldership in 2005. John has worked with our connect groups training leaders and helping start new groups. Joanne has enjoyed working with youth and has a heart for worship and evangelism. They are excited and expectant to see and serve in the plans God has for our church and the surrounding communities.
